EWG’S GUIDING GOALS
- Secure funding for Appalachian communities.
- Expand and deepen participation and engagement in the CAN Energy Working Group.
- Amplify workforce development by working with high school students where possible, especially where solar, energy efficiency, hydro, and geothermal projects are being sited and developed in local Central Appalachian communities.
- Develop and expand Appalachian Solar Finance Fund model to develop a regionally based “Energy Ecosystem Navigator”program.
