Healthy food access Working Group (HFA)
The Healthy Food Access Working Group dedicatedly advances a vibrant, equitable, and sustainable economic transition in Central Appalachia by expanding successful local food access models and measuring their impacts on regional agriculture. Through collaborative peer learning, community nutrition education, and strategic coalition-building, the group advocates for long-term funding and policy changes to secure robust, long-term community food security.
