The Resilience Adaptability Feasibility Tool (RAFT)
Description: The Resilience Adaptability Feasibility Tool, known as The RAFT, helps Virginia’s localities and tribal nations improve environmental, economic, and social resilience through a community-centered, “collective impact,” collaborative approach led by a three-university partnership between the University of Virginia, Old Dominion University, and Virginia Tech.
